GTSS is engaged in providing ITES, IT Staff Augmentation and IT Outsourcing services to diverse clients across US & Canada.

It has its global operations in USA & India. Our offshore facility in India comprises state-of-the-art infrastructure with contemporary facilities and features, best of breed technology and a well-trained, highly efficient workforce.

GTSS has its Indian headquarters in Chennai, and one branch office at pune. India.

Client Requirement:

For their new office, setup at Millennium Tower Pune, they require the full flash Enterprise IP Telephony architecture that will help them enhance their productivity, increase effective contact rates thus increase their business.

GTSS have taken a VoIP Trunk from Tata Communications

They require a pure enterprise IP-PBX system on which they can terminate their VoIP trunks and get IP Extensions.

Apart from basic telephony functions, GTSS also requires the following services over their required telephony architecture:

• Call Conferencing
• Voice Mail
• Low or no cost communication between branch offices
• Softphone integration on PC/ Laptop

Entercoms Requirement Overview:

• Setup required for both outbound and inbound calls over VoIP
• An IP-PBX with current 50 user capacity

• Some conference calling… 5-10 people maximum concurrent across 1 or 2 call bridges
• Tata VoIP Trunks (all voice channels – no data)
• 16 IP phones for the call extensions
• 1 receptionist extension
• X-Lite softphone extensions over few systems

• IVR for auto-attendant
• MP3 format support for “call on hold music”

Solution:

Enterux’s technology team, solution consultants and GTSS technical team worked together to design the entire telecom architecture and dial plan.

Enterux deployed the entVoice Base Model enterprise IP-PBX Tower Server with inbuilt VoIP Support for Tata SIP Trunks. The sever has the capacity to handle up to 100 users and 35 concurrent calls thus providing scalability.

All the 32 Channels IP trunks coming from MUX are terminated over IP IBX.

All IP extensions can talk to each other over the virtual network. Remote extensions are also provided to their US office, these remote extensions can talk to each other and the local extensions directly.
