Entercoms has its US headquarters in Dallas, TX and Asia-Pacific headquarters in Pune, India.

Client Requirement:

For their new office, setup at NSG IT Park Pune, they require the full fledged Enterprise Hybrid telephony architecture that will help them enhance their productivity, increase effective contact rates thus increase their business. Entercoms have taken

VoIP Trunk from Tata Communications
Single PRI Line from Tata Teleservices (TTML)
Analog trunks from BSNL.

They require a Hybrid PBX system on which they can terminate all their different trunks and get Analog, Digital as well as IP Extensions. Apart from basic telephony functions, Entercoms also requires the following services over their required telephony architecture:

• FAX over Desktop
•  Outlook integration
• Mobile Extensions via GSM router
• Low or no cost communication between branch offices
• Softphone integration on PC/ Laptop

Enterux’s technology team, solution consultants and Entercoms technical team worked together to design the entire telecom architecture and dial plan. Enterux deployed the entVoice XR (entXR) series enterprise IP-PBX Rack Server with dial PRI Support along with, FXO and FXS trunk. The sever has the capacity to handle up to 1000 users and 600 concurrent calls thus providing scalability. All the Analog trunks are terminated over FXO ports and the PRI and VoIP Line from Tata are terminated directly onto the IP-PBX.

Analog extensions, Digital extensions and IP extensions can talk to each other over the virtual network. Remote extensions are also provided to their US office, these remote extensions can talk to each other and the local extensions directly.
